Met with the tenant and she has Covid for at least a week. She has tested positive and will not be going into the unit. She did tell me that ehe wall is leaking at the door area and has been worked on and still leaking. Did meet with the management and they will look at the wall from the exterior and not going into the unit. Will check in 10 days. RV. |
