This was discussed when meeting with the person at first and the supervisor Martin Romero stated if she is buying the mobile home that she will need to make the needed repairs. Jesus called back and has talked to corporate and they will not be doing any work on the mobile home due to the person living in the mobile home is the owner due to she has a contract with the mobile home park to buy the mobile home. She has place a down payment and making payments to buy the mobile home. Did give phone numbers of agencies to call to check if can get assistance for the needed repairs. Will get with supervisor Martin Romero to check if wants to closes the case. RV. |
