The paint and drywall is peeling or sagging on the ceiling in different areas. The floor has soft spots in different areas and has plumbing that is leaking on the exterior of the mobile home in the kitchen area. The person is renting with opition to buy the mobile home. The property is under new management and will call the person doing maintenance on the properties. RV.
