I MET WITH OWNER OF TRAILER #3, OWNER SHOWED ME HER SHED AT THE END OF TRAILER, THERE WAS A WASPS NEST IN THE CEILING RAFTERS. I EXPLAINED BECAUSE IT WAS INSIDE HER SHED SHE WOULD BE RESPONSIBLE FOR REMOVING THE NEST AS THE OWNER. I ALSO EXPLAINED THAT THE PALM TREE WAS NOT IN VIOLATION. IT WAS IN THEIR YARD AREA AND MANAGER PROVIDED THE LEASE AGREEMENT STATING OWNER OF THE TRAILER WERE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY TREES OR SHRUBS INSIDE THEIR TRAILER SPACE. OCCUPANT AGREED TO REMOVE WASPS AND TRIMM THE TREE IF NECESSARY. ALL VIOLATIONS ADDRESS AND NO VIOLATIONS FOR THE TRAILER PARK. COMPLIANCE / CLOSE CASE.
