Was able to replace the plywood back on and all the other openings are secured. The property has been cleaned up and will be citing for the vehicle that is in the front yard. 10/12/2021 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved The property was checked and found where the temp. fence panel has been cut. Has a hole in the rear panel to enter the property. Did find a hole kicked in the wood siding on the rear of the house. received permission to have the property resecured by Laurie the acting supervisor. Called Arcaiden Industries to cover the hole on the wood siding and Biff Baker fence to have the hole cut covered with loose fabric. The other parts of the house is secured at this time. The posting of Do Not Enter are still in place. RV.
10/08/2021 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved House is secured and the temporary fence has panels opened where the wires were cut. Called Biff Baker Fence to have the front panels resecured and the rear panel added a round post and had it screwed to the panels. The rear had the area cleaned and the trash and debris has been piled up on the sides of the property. Do have court soon. RV.
08/27/2021 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Checked the fencing that was added in the rear of the property and was secured. The unit is also secured. RV.
08/20/2021 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Went to the site to re-secure the temp. fence where the wires were cut. Did call inspector Morales to the site to assist on lifting the fence to remove some tires that were under the fence. Did check all the other panels and all were secured.
08/06/2021 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Went to the site and found the fence panel cut to gain entry into the property. Called Biff Baker Fence to have the fabric re-secured. RV.
08/06/2021 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Went back to check on the fence panels being re-secured. The fabric was re-secured to the fence panel and re-tied with placing section of loose fabric on top of the area where they meet. Placed some brackets on the 2-other aeas to prevent the wires from being cut. RV.

Has a hole in the wood siding in the rear wall to enter the storage room. The white vehicle has been removed from the property. Nothing has been done to clean the property. Called Arcaiden Industries to the site to have the openings secured. All the other openings secured. RV.
07/22/2021 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Went to the site to have the fencing re-secured due to the panels have been moved around to gain entry into the rear of the property. Called Biff Baker Fence to have another panel added to the area where the gas meter is located and re-secure the panels where the wire was pulled off. The house is secured and no one on site. Will check in 10 days. RV.
