07/20/2021 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT VIDAL Approved Went to the site in the morning and found batteries connected and connected to an inverter with a extension core going into the house. Did leave the site and will come back with T.P.D. and T.E.P. to assist on clearing the house. Did have inspector Morales on site to assist with the case. The electrical has been off since March of this year, the water is going to be turned off soon do to lacking the payment and the gas was removed at the meter due to hoarding and no clear paths to doors and windows. Found approx. 12 people on the property and more were coming through out the day. The owner has died that is the listed owner and the person staying in the house was the care giver who is stating that the was given the house. All the people were asked to leave the site and were told if they have property that it will need to be taken due to the property will be secured at this time. Did call T.P.D. to meet us at the site, and T.E.P. was called to make sure the house has no power and only had the car batteries to the invertor. Called Arcaiden Industries to the site to secure all the openings on the house and called Biff Baker Fence to place fence panels on the front and rear of the property. Did do the posting of Do Not Enter on the front window and the person staying in the house signed the paperwork of N.O.V. to Vacate on site before she left to where she will be staying. This property will need to be checked constantly due to the activity on the property. RV.

11/26/2021 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE VIDAL Approved House is vacant and secured and still cleaned up. At this time the case will be closed. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV.
