Received a call from APS that the owner was staying in the house and the Do Not Enter stickers were still on the windows. Inspector Goodman was called to go to the site and check the condition of the house due to had a fire in the kitchen. The electric was on and the gas has been turned back on with a permit approval and finaled, T21CM05272. The kitchen has been cleaned out and almost completed with the needed repairs. At this time the case will be closed. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV. |
