Met with the tenant and went over issues on the house. The AC on the roof and the cooler have not been used since last year and not connected for use. Has security bars that are not able to open due to plaster into the wall and not set up for break away on the bedroom. The front door has bolt type lock and not working propertly, the exterior doors are not sealed and lacking the weather-stripping, no working smoke detectors, lacking GFCI's in the bathroom and kitchen, has grounded outlets on a 2-wire system, some loose boxes in the wall, the hall bathroom is leaking and not able to stop the water from leaking, ceiling fan no working due to missing a blade and some are loose. Will be doing the N.O.V. Will check in 5 days. RV. |
