MAINTENANCE ON-SITE AND HAS ALREADY REPAIRED THE BROKEN COUPLING TO THE WATER HEATER SUPPLY. MAINTENANCE REMOVED ELECTRICAL CEILING FAN INSIDE OF UNIT 1414 DUE TO WATER INTRUSION. SPECIALTY CLEANING, AN EXTRACTION COMPANY, ARRIVED AND BEGAN THEIR PROCESS IN REMOVING RESIDUAL WATER FROM THE INTERIOR OF THE UNITS. MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR RECEIVED AND SIGNED THE NOTICE OF VIOLATION REQUIRING THE POWER TO REMAIN OFF UNTIL AN ELECTRICAL CONTRACTOR OR A QUALIFIED TECHNICIAN INSPECTS AND REPLACES ANY AFFECTED ELECTRICAL DEVICES FOR DEFECTS PRIOR TO ENERGIZING UNITS. OCCUPANCY MAY CONTINUE ONCE ELECTRICITY IS SAFELY ESTABLISHED AND WATER EXTRACTED. NO PERMITS ARE REQUIRED FOR REPLACING CEILING FAN OR OTHER LIKE FOR LIKE ELECTRICAL DEVICES. |
