Arrived on site with manager Rochelle and maintenance Juan, met tenant who showed us into unit #35. Front door broken, did lock however. Hole under floor board of sink and hole behind the stove. No GFCI on outlet by kitchen sink and in both bathrooms. 1st bathroom with shower stall not properly secured. Master bathroom with sink not draining property. Found the unit with clutter and debris on the floor throughout the unit and bedrooms. Manager noted all issues and will be address them this week and into next. Will follow up in 7 days. |
