The property has a house being built and has the concrete floor just poured. Has a opened trench by the meter location for the water with the pipe set in the trench with the wire and ready to be covered. Did talk to the owner and the meter is not installed yet and waiting for the meter to be installed to make the connection to the meter. The owner will cover the trench or place something over the trench to cover the trench. The owner has the permit, T21CM02432 issued on 3-17-21 and the last inspection was on 4-1-21. At this time the case will be closed. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV. |
