Did talk to the manager and they are treating the unit with traps and are not bating the mice due to the smell if they are dying in the unit. They have a new Pest Control Company doing the treatment. Terminix has been doing the last 2-treatments. The tenant has been in the unit for over a year and stating she just signed an extension for a new lease. Did talk to the manager and she has stated that the tenant is moving out this week. They had Burns Pest Control and has changed to a different company in March. They have been treating the unit for the mice for a period of time since last year. The unit is scheduled for another treatment and check the unit for mice. Will check in couple of weeks on results of the treatment. RV. |
