ON SITE AT PROPERTY, SPOKE TO OCCUPANT WHO SAID THA HE OWNS 3 VEHICLES AND DOES ALL THE MAINTENANCE ON THEM. HE ALSO SAID THAT HE WILL WORK ON FAMILY AND FRIENDS VEHICLES FROM TIME TO TIME. I DID NOT SEE ANY TYPE OF EQUIPMENT/TOOLS OTHER THAN HAND TOOLS, AND DID NOT SEE STAINS, SPILLS OR SMELL OIL OR OTHER AUTOMOTIVE LIQUIDS. NO VERIFY CLOSE CASE |
