The family member called to meet at site to review on what needs to be done. They have work with out permits and a unit is in the rear and will be gutted out to be used as a storage room. Did go over that the kitchen and bathroom will need to be removed completely. Did have inspector Tidwell to check the site due to in her area. At this time the case will be closed. The property is vacant and secured. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV. |

The house is vacant and secured. No other work has been done to the house since the last inspection. The unit in the rear of the house has an eviction paper posted on the security door. Will try and contact the owners or the daughter to check the status of the tenant. RV. |
