03/08/2021 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT VIDAL Approved Communication called that T.P.D. on site with a house with no electrical and using a generator. Arrived and the units were still on site and have where the electrical has been turned off for non payment and the owner does not live in the house. The front section of the house is being remoldeled and has no permits at this time for any of the work being done. The front has drywall missing through out the house and the doors have been removed in some areas. There is a section in the rear that has been separated from the main house and has someone living in the house. He has a generator that was being used at time due to lacking the electrical to the unit. There is no clear paths to get around the unit and the tenant is stating that he is moving. The owner is in a assisted living home at this time and not able to come to the site. The daughter of the owner did show to the property and showed that she is the Power of Attorney for the owner. The daughter signed the paperwork on site. The person in the rear unit was told he needed to leave due to lacking the electrical. He left with family members. Did to over with the daughter and T.P.D. that the person living in the rear needs to have access to remove the items out of the house. If having issues with getting on the property, will need to call T.P.D. for assistance on removing the items out of the house. Did do the posting of Do Not Enter on the front and rear of the house. The house was secured by the daughter when completed on checking the house. RV.
06/08/2021 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE VIDAL Approved The family member called to meet at site to review on what needs to be done. They have work with out permits and a unit is in the rear and will be gutted out to be used as a storage room. Did go over that the kitchen and bathroom will need to be removed completely. Did have inspector Tidwell to check the site due to in her area. At this time the case will be closed. The property is vacant and secured. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV.
