Went to the site and placed a city lock on the electrical panel with turning the breaker off inside the panel. The tenant was inside and nothing has been done to move the items out of the unit. The owner and the property manager was on site trying to serve paperwork on eviction. The tenant did call and stated that he will cut the lock and advised if that is done will remove the meter. The tenant has called the police to the site. On site withinspector Beth. RV. |
