7/9/25: exterior hose bibs require insulation and wrapped for UV protection, Arc fault breaker's required throughout at multiple circuits, p-traps required at A/C package units, metal flashings at A/C condensate drain have been damaged and pose a risk for potential leak, all exterior plastic piping must be coated for UV protection, exterior receptacles at roof require heavy duty bubble covers, water hammer arrestor required at dish washer, Air Admittance valve must be properly terminated over P-trap at kitchen island, green adhesive cannot be used to join ABS to PVC (you must make this connection code complaint), drain for fixtures must be smooth solid material (no flexible pipe), receptacle on kitchen island is prohibited due to excess of 6" over hang, lock out breaker required for Water heater, range must be installed to verify anti-tip, water meter not installed, trap at bathroom lav leaking, exterior work not complete, microwave receptacle improperly wired, Dryer vent requires proper discharge cap (must have damper with no screen), A/C duct work must be properly sealed, thermostat shall be no higher than 48" AFF, Address required on home, plumbing fixtures not installed. |

8-4-25: a blue tracer wire is required on main water line, install correct HVAC P-trap on both units together with purple primer. Information regarding correct type/size of ptrap can be located on HVAC Sticker. Paint p-trap to protect from UV/ environment. |
