( this is required per City of Tucson-Inclusive Home). Missing ceiling fans in all bedrooms & living room, remove covers from all smoke detectors, reschedule a SWG pressure test/clearance because it's been over 6 months and meter was never requested by customer, exterior receptacles require a bubble covers, arch fault breakers required for habitable spaces including, living rooms, hallways, bedrooms, kitchens. Paint exterior vent at rooftop, a/c is over amped, install a permanent label at rooftop disconnect.

2. Hallway receptacle across from bathroom has open ground.
3. Kitchen outlet across from fridge has open ground.
5. Water hammer arrestors needed at ice maker and laundry washer machine water inlets.
6. Receptacles in pantry and just outside pantry has open hot.
7. Bedroom 2 all receptacles, hot/neutral reversed.
8. Bedroom 2 is missing receptacle on the right wall as you walk in.
9. Bedroom 3 all receptacles hot and neutral reversed.
10. Bedroom 4; smoke detectors is too close to supply diffuser it sitting 6" away, needs to be minimum of 3 ft away.
11. Bedroom 4; all receptacles hot/neutral reversed.
12. Missing outdoor receptacles front and back of house
13. No plans on site, must have plans available for all inspections
14. T/P line on the water heater needs to terminate no higher than 6" from ground.
15. Provide ladder access to check HVAC.
