6/22/23: all penetrations to top plate must be sealed, all hvac boxes must be blocked on 3 sides, mechanical flex must be attached to air supply. Exhaust fans missing in bathroom and laundry room. Nail plates missing for plumbing in bathroom and kitchen, over notched studs need stud-shoe. Outside lathe must be done before intermediate inspection. |
