11/2/23: Address needs to be posted on house (4" font), main water line needs to be insulated and wrapped for UV protection, A/C unit needs refrigerant lock caps, seal all penetrations coming from condensate drains, condensate drains need to be coated for UV Damage, weep screed needs 6" clearance from grade all around, front porch and upstairs receptacle must be WR, missing receptacles at upstairs master bathroom vanity, receptacle at island is under a eaves greater than 6" (E3901.4.3), water hammer arrestor missing at dishwasher, insulate hot water line under kitchen sink, anti tip missing at range. |
