all fiber installed on Broadway and on Herbert by means of boring. All patches were repaired on Broadway. No patches on Herbert needing repair because roadway will be repaved upon completion of new high rise. The scope of work also change, the new fiber run stopped on 12th and herbert, where existing conduit was used. No issues or repairs needed |
