Thrall Codes: Outdoor Lighting Code, National Electrical Code NEC 600, International Building Code, Sign Standards 1) Proposal is to replace monument cabinet (retain support pole) and replace an illum wall sign. 2) The bank parcel is part of the overall shopping center premise. Their freestanding sign may be considered a sign for the center, as aerial measurements show the PL along Grant Road over 1,000 ft. - with 3 existing signs seen. Acknowledged 1990 site plan provided with original sign plan, and proposed setbacks for sign cabinet to curbs. (Site plan is older than actual configuration of the Grant Rd. alignment, staff working to obtain finished right of way plan to share for adding the actual sign location for inspections.) To replace the monument cabinet: A) provide overall aerial or site plan with dimensioned frontage of linear feet along Grant Road. B) on the aerial, point out all existing freestanding signs along Grant Road for the shopping center (exclude the gas station at Grant/1st) C) staff is working to obtain a plan with finished Right of Way along Grant to share with contractor. Contractor to show sign location on correct right of way plan from curbs to sign for inspections. 3) Total sign area is based off building frontage for the bank. Acknowledged street frontage is shown on the older site plan provided, thank you. Signage shown is within sign area. 4) All electrical, structural and outdoor lighting code notes meet code.
