04/28/2021 SPECIAL INSPECTION - Sign Footing (Third Party) hthrall1 Continued Entered by HTHRALL1 - Recevied special inspection certificate 4/28/21. Sealed by engineer Jason Wells on 4/26/21 that Justin Manchester has perfofrmed the drilled pier special inspection as of October 2, 2020 that 3' x 12' diameter and depth was confirmed. Further - on 4/26/21, Justin Manchester provided report to engineer Wells that the hi-strength bolting was completed on 4/26/21 - "bolting at all levels B7 (3/4") all thread rod was used with a flat washer, lock washer, and 3/4" hex nut. Connections were tightened to a snug tight condition at all locations. Both reports and S.I. sealed certificate were added to online file. Consulted and received permission from Eric Newcomb to sign off on returned / sealed S.I. certificate. H. Thrall
