I WAS TOLD TO ISSUE A NOV TO VACATE AS THE LEASE FROM COT REAL ESTATE WAS REVOKED. TRIED EXPLAINING TO THE MANAGER WHO CONTACTED OWNER CLINT BUCKELEW, OWNER OF THE TREE STAND, I INFORMED HIM OF THE SITUATION, HE EXPLAINED THAT HE HAS THE PAPER WORK FOR A LEASE FROM CITY REALESTATE, MENTIONED HE WOULD CONTACT HIS LAWYER AND WAS IT ALRIGHT TO HAVE HIM CONTACT ME. WHILE ISSUING THE EMERGENCY VACATE NOV I WAS CONTACTED TWICE BY MR BUCKELEW'S LAWYER. HE ASKED WHO HE SHOULD SPEAK WITH, I SUGGESTED THE ZONING ADMINISTRATOR. AND THE PERSON HE OBTAINED THE LEASE FROM TO OBTAIN ANSWERS. I WAS INFORMED BY THE LAWYER THAT MR BUCKELEW WAS SENDING ADDITION TRUCKS TO MOVE THE VEHICLES BECAUSE OF THE 24 HR NOTICE TO VACATE. AT THE TIME OF MY LEAVING THE LOT, THE MANAGER HAD STARTED THE EVACUATION PROCESS.
