Found the Peddler in the front of the building selling Hot Dogs. Does not have a permit or approval to be on the property. Does have some of the paperwork to start the process and has been in contact with Planning and Development Services Department to ask for information to get the permit. The Peddler was on unit B in the parking lot. They have a business on the inside of the building selling different items and other snacks to sell. The stand was shut down while on site and they picked up everything and taken inside the building. They sell on Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and sometimes on Saturday. Did go over on showing the location where they will be on the property due to has 2-units under the same address. Will check in 20 days. RV. |

Arrived on site and met business owner of 116, states yes they did have a mini swap meet selling items in front of the store but they stopped. No longer will do that, no items out today, close out this case |
