12/16/2020 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT VIDAL Approved Found the Peddler in the front of the building selling Hot Dogs. Does not have a permit or approval to be on the property. Does have some of the paperwork to start the process and has been in contact with Planning and Development Services Department to ask for information to get the permit. The Peddler was on unit B in the parking lot. They have a business on the inside of the building selling different items and other snacks to sell. The stand was shut down while on site and they picked up everything and taken inside the building. They sell on Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and sometimes on Saturday. Did go over on showing the location where they will be on the property due to has 2-units under the same address. Will check in 20 days. RV.
12/23/2020 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE VIDAL Approved Talk to the owners of the peddlers and they have the approval for the stand to be set up. T20OT00828 and approved on 12-18-2020 and will expire on 12-18-2021. At this time the stand is able to re-open and have talk to the owners of the stand to let them know that the case will be closed. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV.
