The windows will be replaced with new and will be getting a contractor to install the windows. Did advised to order the windows and pay for them to give more time on not getting the citation on the windows portion. Did not check any of the units due to not completed on the list and will check on 3-22-21 at 9:00 AM. RV.

02/26/2021 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Did check some of the rooms and the repairs were not completed and check the rooms that had hoarding condition and those were cleaned out. They were not done on all the repairs and did approx. 10 rooms and stop the inspection due to the work was not completed. Did call the owner and was able to talk to him by phone and made an appointment to meet on Wednesday at the site to go over the issues on the rooms and the exterior of the property on 3-3-21 at 10:00 AM. Will have him sign the paperwork and will be sending the certified mail to the mailing address. RV.
