Did inspection on the property on the exterior and went into the interior of the units. The exterior check the progress of the electrical and some of the repairs were done and not done properly or to code. The manager has stated that a electrical contractor is coming to the site on Monday and will be there for a few days to do the correction on the electrical. The hole in the driveway is not filled but has been flagged off with caution tape. The graffiti has been removed on the shop door, the metal from the windows removed has been removed from the property. Still has the trash and debris with the broken masonry block piled in areas behind the building. Did to inside the units that were vacant due to the property owner wants to set another date for the occupied units. Will be doing those occupied unit in a couple weeks. Room #127 was not able to have opened due to the lock was not working. Units checked were 126, 130, 128, 133, 119, 110, 111, 104, 115, 116, 117, 101, 102, 201, 202, 203, 204, 205, 206, 207, 208, 210, 211, 214, 216, 217, 218, 220, 224, 225, 226, 228, 230, 231, 232, 136, 135. Some of the units were being remodeled and will check those unit when completed. RV. |
