The owner of the business called and was aware of the accident to the building. A Pepsi truck hit the building around 1:00 pm and no one showed up and the truck left the site at the owner of the business. T.P.D. showed around 7:00 pm and called Code Enforcement to the site. The units did leave the site and was able to find the damage. The owner of the business is stating that Pepsi will be paying for the damage and did go over that a permit will be needed to make the repairs of the roof. At this time the case will be closed due to the insurance will be involved or the company from Pepsi on getting the work done. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV. |
