Arrived on site and found a little change however 90% is still storage issue. Called phone number and got a invalid number. Knocked on the door and met with owner clarified the mailing issue he states all mail should be to him at this property. He states he never received the notice. Will close out this case and start a new case for storage issues along the south and north side of the property |
