When stored in an open covered porch that is visible from beyond the boundaries of the lot. 5. When stored in an open carport that is visible from beyond the boundaries of the lot where the amount of storage restricts an automobile from being properly stored within the carport. A double carport will require enough space to store two automobiles. 6. When storage items include garbage, refuse or debris.

05/10/2021 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE VINDIOLA Approved Arrived on site and found a little change however 90% is still storage issue. Called phone number and got a invalid number. Knocked on the door and met with owner clarified the mailing issue he states all mail should be to him at this property. He states he never received the notice. Will close out this case and start a new case for storage issues along the south and north side of the property
