Did find some tree cuttings in the alley by the wood fence. Did talk to the owner and he has no trees and some has dumped the tree cuttings in the alley. He will get rid of the tree cuttings. The owner has a structure being built in the rear of the property against the wood fence by the alley and has no permits for the structure. The owner stated that he called and was told no permits required if under 200 s.f. He has the structure at 8' x 25' but against the wood fence which is the property line and has no setback at this time. Did go over that he would need to call to check if this would be allowed but the owner has other work done with out permits with a carport on the side of the house and the front porches. Will do the N.O.V. RV. |
