The house is vacant and secured. Did talk to the owner of the property and will be meeting with the insurance company and the tenant on site tomorrow. The insurance will be looking at the damage and the cause of the fire. Did go over that the tenant can't just show up and go into the house without the owner knowing that the tenants are on site. The case will be closed due to the owner working with the insurance company and getting a contractor to make the needed repairs due to the fire. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV. |
