The metal awning in the rear of the house has been removed. The interior of the house has been cleared of the large items and still in the process of being cleaned. The garage that is in the rear of the property on the south side is being cleared at this time. Very few items are still on the property and appears that the new owner is leaving items for the old owner to pick up from the front of the house. At this time the case will be closed. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV.
06/17/2020 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved No one on site and was able to check the progess on the clean up being done on the property. The garage was opened and the vehicle that was placed in the garage has been removed. The side yard in the rear yard area has been cleared to remove the vehicle to be removed off the property. Did talk to the daughter and they are still in the process of cleaning the property and the house will be closed on July 8th of 2020. Will check in 45 days. RV.
05/28/2020 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Met on site with the owners and the daughter and went over on what needs to be done. Did check the carport area and next to the carport area and advised on what needs to be removed. The front has a freezer and a BBQ that will need to be removed from the front by the gate to the rear yard. The rear yard needs to be cleaned of all scrap metal and has some power mowers, gocarts, metal frames for gocarts, quads, and other items that are not working or going to be used. Do go over the 25% of the lot use and showed that the pool, garage, enclosed rear porch, metal awning in rear yard, the pool, has storage rooms in the front yard by the carport and has a trailer that will be staying in the front by the carport area. The owner was told if something is going to remain on the property that he will need to place it in one of the storage rooms, the garage or the house. Will be checking the property in a few weeks on the progress and did go over that a citation may be issued. RV.

05/13/2020 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Went to the site to check the progress. The carport area has been cleaned, the side of the carport has been cleaned and still has some storage and that is in the process of getting move to the rear yard. The rear yard is in the process of being cleaned at this time. 2-vehicles have been moved from the property. Will check in 3-weeks. RV.
