03/27/2020 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT VIDAL Approved The supervisor Martin Romero called that T.P.D. on site with a possible hoarding. Arrived and the units were still on site and has the owner on site. The call was for a break in and the officer had trouble looking around the interior of the house and the exterior of the property due to the amount of the items on the property and inside the house. Was able to look through the windows and found a bedroom that has water leak and has signs of mold on the walls. Has a water heater in the area and has been replaced with new and the work has not been completed. Has a pool with some water at the bottom of the pool from rains. Has a rear porch that is filled with storage as the carport is also filled with storage. The property has storage of different items and have to find a path to get threw to get through the property. The interior has signs of roof leaks and the kitchen is filled on the counters tops. Has no smoke detectors or clear paths to doors and windows. Did meet with the owner of the property and let him know that the property needs to be cleaned and that he has a court order where the property was just cleaned in January. Did go over on what need to be done on the interior of the house and will need to be checked before the owner can move back into the house. Will be looking for clear paths to doors and window and the house cleaned of pet waste. The wife is not living in the house and did also include her name on the Notice and she understoood why. Has J.M.V.'s and did let the owner know that those need to be moved and has been an issue with the inspector that did the court order on the property. The owner signed the paperwork to clean the property, clear the carport, move the vehicles from the property and will need to checked to move back into the house. The owner left the property with one of the daughters. RV.
07/21/2020 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE VIDAL Approved The property has a new owner. The storage room on the north side of the carport has been removed. The metal awning in the rear of the house has been removed. The interior of the house has been cleared of the large items and still in the process of being cleaned. The garage that is in the rear of the property on the south side is being cleared at this time. Very few items are still on the property and appears that the new owner is leaving items for the old owner to pick up from the front of the house. At this time the case will be closed. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV.
