Communication called that T.F.D. on site with a car into building. The vehicle hit the bottom unit and this unis is above the damage unit. The unit appears to be vacant and no one was on site for this unit. Did post the Do Not Enter on the front door until the contractor can check the damage and make the repairs needed to re-occupy the unit. The stair way deck has a damaged wood post and will need to be replaced to secure the deck. There is no damage to the unit other than above the damaged unit. Will keep the unit vacant at this time. RV. |
