Entered by HTHRALL1 - RE: sign review / interior site signs except along Grant Rd
For: Dunkin' Donuts / 1066 W Grant Rd
Permit: T19OT01081
1) Access point sign at Grant Rd entry is too tall. By PDSD policy, sites 1 acre and more (which this is 1 acre) may have an access point sign at 4' tall maximum. The sign shown is 4'10" and is not a monument sign (provided in another application). Reduce height for this sign to 4' maximum. (
(**All other signs are interior site signs meant to be seen by on site users**)
2. Provide setback for access point sign along Grant Road on the site plan (to scale).
3) For sign E structure within the drive thru - acknowledged detailed construction sheet. Have sealed by engineer. Remove welding note if not applicable (bolts shown).
