Newcomb Partial approval / please address the following: 1) Note building frontage is 365 linear feet along Martin Luther King Jr. Way, per building shell plans. Sign area can be taken per commercial aspect of PAD-15 zone, at frontage x 3 = 1095 square feet. 2) Revise height of wall sign off ground to match approved shell building elevations - at 58' off ground. 3) Engineered plans to mount sign to building are required per IBC 2012. 4) Special inspection required for mounting, provide sealed form for structural reviewer. 5) Given comment 3, revise wall sign mounts in diagram to match the forthcoming engineered plans. (2" screws not sufficient for this particular proposal, acknowledged this is your standard drawing set) 6) Send revised plans with engineering and special inspection form to Heather.Thrall@tucsonaz.gov |
