12/19/2019 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Arrived on site along with Inspector VIdal, owners had called them they needed items in the house. We arrived on site and un pinned the front door and allowed them into the interior to gather more of their stuff. We returned at 2:45 and re secured the front door. Went over the restrictions of the property again with the property owners Will follow back up
12/18/2019 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved T.P,.D. called that they are on site with the owner on the property and running the generator. Did let T.P.D. know that the owner can be cited for tresspassing due to in the house. Did call the supervisor Martin Romero and was told to go to the site. Arrived and the units were still on site and the owner turned off the generator and removed the extension cords. Did let the owners know that the house will be secured with plywood due to on the property and in the house. The arraingements have not been made to have the electrical turned back on. Did call T.E.P. to verify if Tucson Urban League has called to let T.E.P. know they were going to assist and they have not been called. Did call the supervisor Martin Romero to get permission to have the property secured and let him know that the owner were arrested in the morning for being on the property. Called Arcaiden Industries to the site to have the property secured. The electrical has not been tampered with at the main service. The owner refused to sign the N.O.V. to Vacate and did the posting of the N.O.V. to Vacate on the front window. Did the Do Not Enter also on the plywood on the front window. RV.
