12/12/2019	INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT	VIDAL	Approved	Responded to a call that T.P.D. was on site with no electric and running a generator. Electric was off for non payment. The generator was having issues with the muffler and was loud. T.P.D. responded at 1:30 AM and it was running. They have extension cords to the house and the travel trailer in the front of the house. T.P.D. was called back due to the tenants were going to be vacated. Was on site with inspector Vindiola. RV.
12/12/2019	INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT	VINDIOLA	Approved	Arrived on site and met with Owner Joseph at the property. Asked why he was running a generator in the back yard, he stated he has no electricity due to payment issues and was cut off on Monday. Called Tony from TEP and paymet in full is required. Nov was issued along with Ideminifation as they would be securing the property. Was explained to owner and wife they could not be in the dwelling after dark. TPD on site to keep the peace and note CE conditions placed on the property. Owners were getting money together to pay the bill. Panel has not been tampered with at this point and no record of tampering with TEP.
