She was checking if the neighbor was given a written notice and did advised that all was verbal. Did let the owner know that the neighbor is checking on other option on getting into the property other than Bennie Ave. At this time the case will be closed due to all the issues that are being checked on should be a Civil Matter and will have to check in the courts on those matters. 12/09/2019 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Met with the owner of the property on site with the supervisor. Did go over the property pin location and on getting the permit for the wall that is going to be built. Did go over the option that the neighbors have to have entry into the property. The owner is requesting that the opening be blocked and requesting on Wednesday. Did let the owner know that the opening can be blocked and did talk to several people at Planning and Development Services Department. We do have a civil matter on the property and will be talking to the neighbor on the opening being blocked. The owner has videos of people doing dounuts on the property when leaving the site and diving on the property past the street area. the supervisor did talk to the owner on what can and can't be done and was given information that was received today from the people talked to.
