The access that was used in the past has been blocked off due to not wanting the neighbor to use that access anymore. Will be meeting on Monday to go over the issues with the neighbor. RV.
12/12/2019 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE VIDAL Approved Have talk to the owner to let her know that I have to talk to the neighbor on the opening being blocked off with a fence. She was checking if the neighbor was given a written notice and did advised that all was verbal. Did let the owner know that the neighbor is checking on other option on getting into the property other than Bennie Ave. At this time the case will be closed due to all the issues that are being checked on should be a Civil Matter and will have to check in the courts on those matters. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV.
