The gate is still opened and have talk to the owner and they had to get lawyers on this ongoing issued. If the gate is blocked, than this property will be land lock. This is the only entrance to the property and has been for some time. This gate has to remain opened until the issue has been resolved through the courts. Due to going civil matter, I will be closing this case. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV. |

Went to the site with inspector Goodman and went over the pins in the ground marking the property line for the property. This property was bought by the new owner over a year ago and was not advised of the land lock for the property and has no entrance that has been approved for the property. Did meet with transportation and they have met with the owner and that has bought the property. The owners were advised that they have an entrance through the property at 1965 W. San Juan Trail but not able to find documents on the approved path to the west entrance. Did let the owners know that still in the process of researching the info for the property. Did look at the pins and the options that are being looked at to have access to the property. Some of the option have been checked into and not being allowed access to the property. Will be getting with the owners after checking out other items and talking to the Planning and Developement Services Department on options that can be done on the property. RV. |
