12/07/2019 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT VIDAL Approved T.P.D. on site with the neighbors on the owner not able to get through the neighboring propety where being blocked off. Did let the officer know that we have been on site before for the same issues and that there is a roadway on the west end of the property that is not developed at this time. They have a road on the north side of the property but it the same issue on going through someones property. Did call Inspector Goodman on this issue due to he has been on site with the new owner before the same issue. We will meet on site on Monday at 9:00 AM to go over the option. RV.
12/09/2019 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE VIDAL Approved Went to the site with inspector Goodman and went over the pins in the ground marking the property line for the property. This property was bought by the new owner over a year ago and was not advised of the land lock for the property and has no entrance that has been approved for the property. Did meet with transportation and they have met with the owner and that has bought the property. The owners were advised that they have an entrance through the property at 1965 W. San Juan Trail but not able to find documents on the approved path to the west entrance. Did let the owners know that still in the process of researching the info for the property. Did look at the pins and the options that are being looked at to have access to the property. Some of the option have been checked into and not being allowed access to the property. Will be getting with the owners after checking out other items and talking to the Planning and Developement Services Department on options that can be done on the property. RV.
