They did have paperwork on the smoke detectors and was checked on 2-25-2020 and will be checked again. The part for the fan switch is ordered and waiting for the part. The management will look at the mold and might be the padding on what it looks like. Did see a work order on where the gutter and down spout were repaired and secured properly. Will check in a week.
