02/27/2020 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT VIDAL Approved Met with the tenant and the roof has been patched. Nothing has been done on the interior of the needed repairs. The roof leaked in the closet area and stating that there is mold. Did advised that we do not address mold and would have to have the area treated by someone else or call the management to address the mold. In the dinning room is missing the cord on the fan switch. The smoke detectors are lacking. The tenant did state that the roof is not leaking at this time that the roof was repaired. Did go the office and no one on site. RV.
05/13/2021 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE VIDAL Approved All issues have been addressed and at this time the case will be closed. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV.
