02/28/2020 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Met with the owner at the site and the storage room has a closet and a bed in the room. Has a light in the center of the room and 2-outlets. The walls and ceiling have drywall and the floor has a covering. There is a window and for a bedroom will be to small. The owner was advised to meet with the zoning to check if the have to re-do the permit or add the closet and change the wording from storage to a bedroom. Was on site with inspector SAM. RV.
02/27/2020 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved The owner has called that the room did get a permit and is a storage room and is not attached. Will check the site tomorrow at 10:00 AM. Did ask on the room being attached and stated that it has a wall on the interior that carries the weight of the roof. Has a porch light the gives light to the room and that was already there. The owner gave a permit number for the storage room, T19CM07700 and the permit was finaled, 10-18-19. RV.
