The property has been sold by auction and the new owner has called and the property has been cleaned on the exterior of all the tall grass and weeds with the trash and debris. The interior of the house has been cleaned and able to walk around the house. The new owner has removed all the floor covering and making minor repairs to the house. The walls and ceilings are in good condition and will require painting through out the house on the interior and the exterior. Did go over that the electrical will require a re-connect for the electrical to be turned back on. At this time the case will be closed. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV. |
