02/25/2020 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT VIDAL Approved The house is vacant and unsecured. The rear door has been kicked in and the glass is broken on the fixed glass protion of the door. Has a window in the kitchen area that is opened and not able to close it at this time. Did call the phone number on the sheet and was a non working number. While doing the posting on the front window, did find where the glass is broken and able to push the glass in. Did call the supervisor to have the property secured due to not able to locate the owner or rep. and was given permission to have the property secured. The electrical and the gas was on and was removed at the meter due to the interior of the house is hoarding and has been ran sacked. The water was already off at the meter. Called Arcaiden Industries to the site to have the house secured. Did the posting of the paperwork by the front door. Will check on doing the posting and publication to have the property cleaned up. RV.
06/25/2020 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE VIDAL Approved The property has been sold by auction and the new owner has called and the property has been cleaned on the exterior of all the tall grass and weeds with the trash and debris. The interior of the house has been cleaned and able to walk around the house. The new owner has removed all the floor covering and making minor repairs to the house. The walls and ceilings are in good condition and will require painting through out the house on the interior and the exterior. Did go over that the electrical will require a re-connect for the electrical to be turned back on. At this time the case will be closed. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV.
