THE RV IS BEING POWERED BY AN OPEN AND UNPROTECTED ELECTRICAL FEEDERS WHICH RUN UNDERGROUND FROM THE ADJACENT SPACE'S EQUIPMENT DISCONNECT. THESE FEEDERS TRAVEL FOR A SPAN ESTIMATED AT 50 FEET AND ARE CONNECTED TO AN OPEN RECEPTACLE, NO ENCLOSURE. THE RV HAS A 30 AMP CORD AND ONE NON SHEATHED METALLIC CABLE WHICH CONNECTS TO THE OPEN FEEDERS AND PROVIDE POWER THE RV ON A PERMANENT BASIS. THIS UNAPPROVED WIRING METHOD ARE A DANGER TO THE OCCUPANT AND ADJACENT OCCUPIED UNITS. THE POWER WAS ORDERED TO BE TERMINATED AT THE EQUIPMENT DISCONNECT LOCATED AT SPACE 26. THE OCCUPANT STATED THAT THE PARK OWNER HAD THE CONNECTION INSTALLED IN JUNE OF 2019. THE RV WAS CONDEMNED. THE OWNER WAS CITED FOR HAZARDOUS ELECTRICAL AND SEWER SPILLAGE.
